Euleta Lileth Williams (nee Leslie) affectionately called Lil was born on December 23,1924 and transitioned this life on August 28, 2019.
She was born in the community of Redwood, St. Catherine, Jamaica, W.I. to parents Adella Gordon and George Leslie. Euleta was happily married to James W. Williams (Jimmy) who predeceased her. Her siblings of six sisters and three brothers also predeceased her.
Euleta is a Catholic by faith. She was educated at Redwood Elementary school and Buxton High School in Jamaica. She migrated to the USA in 1949 where she studied and graduated Dillards University in New Orleans. She graduated the Columbia University Teacher's College in 1956 with a Master's Degree. She also studied at Brooklyn College and University Of The State Of NY.
Euleta was a Science teacher by profession who taught at The Lewis T. Wright Junior High School and Walden High School.
She is survived by nephews, nieces, god-daughter other relatives and friends. Rest in eternal peace Aunt Lil, you are forever a part of us.
